You have a question about our brand, a product or an order ?

IMPORTANT: Our customer service will be exceptionally closed from December 26th to January 4th for annual leave.
Please submit your requests by email and do not send duplicate requests. Our team will get back to you within 48 business hours starting January 5th.
If you request a return, don't worry, the date of your request will be considered valid even if the 30-day return policy period has expired.
For returns outside of France, please arrange for the return shipment to be sent to our headquarters yourself (in accordance with our return policy).

To improve our service and help us to answer to any of your questions in the less of time, we invite you to send us as many information as you can about your request (number of order, date of the order, name of the product etc.)

If your order contains several products, it is possible that it will be sent in many parcels. During a period of high activity (Sales, Christmas etc.) the time of your order's preparation might be extended.

Concerning the return time, you have 30 days after the reception of your parcel(s) to inform us about your wish to return a part or all your order. The product must be return in its original package, in its original condition, new, unweared, unwashed, accompanied with the return pass.

Once we received it, your return parcel is treated in a period of 14 days by our teams. In the case of a repayment, it makes effect directly on the bank account which have been debit during the order's purchase. And for a exchange request, the new product is automatically prepared by our teams and is sending to you, subject to its availibility.
