As you must know, we are going through a unique time period that upsets our activity. As a matter of fact, our stores are closed, as well as our headquarters based in Aix-En-Provence. Our employees, collaborators and client’s health is our number one priority. As a human sized company, we assure minimum services but we are doing our best to answer any enquiry as quickly as we can.

 

Our website is still functioning, with all the sanitary security precaution, and all our services are still guarantied (delivery, returns, exchanges).

 

• You can order without any problem online and benefit from our delivery services for FREE. However, the delays in delivery can be extended.

 

• For the shipment of your return packages, we naturally decided to extend their duration to more than a month. We advise you to return your packages after the end of the self-containment period for an easy shipment.
  The return parcels already in transit will be delivered to our headquarters once it is reopened.

 

• For any ongoing reimbursement, we will be able to deal with them once our accounting services are reopened as well. Please, have no doubt that we are committed to achieve them as soon as possible.
  They will be carried out as soon as our headquarters reopens.
